Q: What is included in a charcuterie box from Rocket City Charm & Charcuterie?


A: Our charcuterie boxes include a curated assortment of artisan cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruit, crackers, and seasonal accompaniments, arranged for a beautiful presentation. Contents may vary based on availability and seasonal items.
 

Q: What size charcuterie boxes do you offer and how many people do they serve?


A: We offer multiple sizes. Serving sizes vary by appetite and event style, but generally:
  • Small: feeds 2
  • Medium: feeds 3–4
  • Large: feeds 6–8
  • Platter: feeds 8-10

For larger events, we recommend a grazing table.
 

Q: How far in advance should I order charcuterie catering in Huntsville?


A: For best availability, we recommend ordering charcuterie boxes 48–72 hours in advance and booking grazing tables 1–2 weeks in advance. Q: Do you offer delivery for charcuterie boxes in Huntsville, AL?


A: Yes. We offer local delivery and pickup for charcuterie boxes and catering orders in the Huntsville area. Delivery fees depend on distance and order size and are shared at checkout or during booking.
 

Q: Can I place one order with different boxes delivered to one address without multiple delivery charges?


A: Yes. If multiple boxes are going to one delivery address, we can typically combine the delivery into one delivery fee. Add details in the “Special Instructions” field at checkout or contact us to confirm.
 

Q: Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?


A: We can accommodate some preferences such as vegetarian and gluten-friendly requests. However, we are not a certified allergen-free kitchen, and items may be prepared in a space where gluten, nuts, and dairy are present. Please include allergy details at checkout.
 

Q: Do you provide grazing tables for weddings, showers, and corporate events?


A: Yes. We provide grazing tables for weddings, bridal/baby showers, birthdays, holiday parties, office events, and corporate catering in the Huntsville area. We customize the table size and style based on guest count, theme, and budget.
 

Q: What is your deposit and cancellation policy for grazing tables and event catering?


A: A 50% deposit is required to secure grazing table bookings and larger custom orders. Cancellations made 72+ hours before the event receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable due to advance food purchasing and prep.   All invoices are due at time requested on the invoice.
 

Q: What is your cancellation policy for box and platter orders?


A: All orders are fully refundable within 72 hours of event/pick up/delivery.  If within 48 hours of event/pick up/delivery, all orders are non-refundable. All invoices are due at time requested on the invoice.
 

Q: Do you include setup and teardown for grazing tables?


A: Grazing table setup is included. All materials provided are disposable, and teardown is not included unless arranged in advance.
 

Q: How do I book Rocket City Charm & Charcuterie?


A: You can book through our website or contact us directly to request a quote. We’ll confirm your event details, guest count, delivery/setup needs, and create a custom plan for your order.
 

Q: Do you offer seasonal or holiday charcuterie gifts?


A: Yes. We offer holiday-themed charcuterie boxes and gift-friendly options during peak seasons. Availability may be limited, so ordering early is recommended.
